For Beach Droids, an experimental progressive-rock project blending analog musicianship with futuristic textures, Jose Angel Cavallin delivered a mix that bridges technology and emotion. The album features powerful keyboard work inspired by Dream Theater and Emerson, Lake & Palmer, fused with Piña’s dynamic blend of metal and Latin rhythms. Balancing synthetic and organic elements — from AI-like voices and ambient interviews to acoustic drums and layered synths — Jose crafted a modern, detailed, and immersive sound where every instrument breathes. The result is a crisp, high-energy mix that stays faithful to the spirit of classic prog while embracing the sound of tomorrow.
